With strong heritage and production facilities in the CEE region and a rapidly expanding global footprint, the company operates a dual business model: successfully selling its own brand while serving as a trusted OEM and Private Label partner for major international healthcare players. To elevate their international market presence, ISG is retaining a high-caliber commercial leader based in Berlin. We are seeking a strategic architect who will drive revenue through both distributor networks and large-scale OEM partnerships.
As the Head of Global Sales, you will report directly to the Board and define the international route-to-market strategy. Based in the German HQ in Berlin, you will act as the global ambassador, balancing the growth of the company’s brand with high-volume manufacturing contracts.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy that integrates direct/indirect distribution channels and OEM business development
- Evaluate and optimize the performance of existing international distributors
- Identify and onboard new strategic partners to ensure maximum market penetration for the company’s own brand
- Identify and negotiate complex OEM / Private Label contracts with global healthcare corporations and purchasing organizations
- You will translate production capabilities into profitable B2B partnerships
- Represent the company globally. This involves frequent international travel to visit key partners and active participation in major medical trade fairs (e.g., Medica, Arab Health) to network and close deals
- Bridge the gap between the CEE manufacturing headquarters and global markets, ensuring alignment between product development, capacity planning, and market demand
