We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to join a company that is part of a leading global group in its sector.
This is a key strategic role responsible for ensuring the alignment of local HR practices with the company’s global standards, working closely with both the headquarters and local leadership to foster a high-impact organizational culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adapt and implement global HR policies and guidelines at the local level, ensuring proper definition and monitoring of HR KPIs.
- Design and execute the local compensation and benefits plan, ensuring both market competitiveness and internal equity.
- Develop and lead the overall Human Resources strategy in line with business objectives.
- Lead the creation and management of the internal brand and culture manual, promoting a culture based on excellence, efficiency, and autonomy.
- Lead, develop, and inspire a team of HR professionals, fostering growth and high performance.
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Administration
- Minimum of 8 years of leadership experience in multinational environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with international teams, particularly in matrix structures.
- Strong planning, organizational, and execution skills, with a structured and methodical approach.
- Fluency in English and Bulgarian is required; German is a strong plus.
