We represent a prominent medical technology company seeking an experienced IT Business Partner for the EMEA region. This role is crucial for aligning technology solutions with strategic business objectives and driving digital transformation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary IT liaison for commercial, operations, finance, and quality assurance teams across EMEA.
- Translate business needs into IT strategies and oversee the execution of technology initiatives.
- Lead change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of new systems.
- Manage regional IT budgets and demonstrate the business value of IT investments.
- Advocate for IT, ensuring security and maximizing return on technology.
Qualifications:
- Extensive experience in IT strategy and project portfolio management, preferably in healthcare/life sciences.
- Demonstrated ability to influence technology decisions and lead customer-facing digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a multicultural setting.
- Foundational German language skills required.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
