IT Consultant SuccessFactors (m/f/d)

RCM / CSB

Madrid | 80% remote

Your responsibilities:

  • Be part of an international HR Solutions/Talent Management unit team
  • Provide the internal business partners with support regarding the use of the SuccessFactors Recruiting (RCM) and Career Site Builder (CSB)
  • Give assistance to the Operational Division and Recruiting Team about the technical implementation and functionality in the process optimization or IT solutions
  • Gather and analyze the requirements to present solution designs and conduct the software evaluation to share relevant data with target groups
  • Be in in charge of the analysis and integration of the 3rd party add-on integrations and support in release projects and ongoing services as 2nd level expert support
  • Be responsible of the configuration, administration, reporting and 3rd party add-on integration, assist in release cycles, projects and other requirements for the second level expert support

Your profile:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Informatics or a similar area or equivalent valuable experience in HR IT professional fields
  • Good knowledge of SuccessFactors Recruiting/Career Site Builder projects
  • Hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Recruiting technical implementation or similar projects
  • Ideally, you already have experience with AddOns to Talent Acquisition AI and Integration as well as the design of Career Pages
  • Independence, creativity and ability of problem-solving
  • Analytical and organizational skills with innovation and great communication abilities
  • Very good Level of English (oral and written)
