The IT Manager is responsible for managing and supporting the organization's information technology systems across corporate offices and manufacturing facilities. This role ensures the reliability, security, and availability of IT infrastructure while enabling production operations through effective support of manufacturing systems, ERP platforms, industrial networks, and plant automation technologies. The IT Manager leads the IT team, manages technology projects, and works closely with production, engineering, quality, supply chain, and finance to drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop the IT team.
- Establish IT policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Prepare reports on system performance, cybersecurity, budgets, and project progress for senior management.
- Lead IT infrastructure, ERP, cybersecurity, digital transformation, and manufacturing technology projects.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and vendor relationships.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement through technology.
- Manage IT vendors, service providers, software licensing, and maintenance contracts.
- Oversee IT asset lifecycle management, procurement, and budgeting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 7+ years of IT experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience supporting manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure, cybersecurity, ERP systems, and manufacturing applications.
- Experience managing IT projects and external vendors.
