To achieve their objective to supply customers with easily accessible, personalized and up to date travel information on the go and to expand their network of partners, our client is currently looking for an IT-savvy:

IT Support Engineer

Full-time in Paris

Join a dynamic team of experts working together to ensure a smooth and successful customer experience by identifying and solving potential issues with the usability of modern technologies.

Your mission

  • Provide outstanding support to users both locally at the Paris office and remotely across other UK offices
  • Manage ticket queues through Jira
  • Attend office events such as presentations, training and meetings
  • Collaborate with senior members of the leadership team
  • Collaborate with Platform, Network and Infrastructure Engineering teams
  • Operate in an infrastructure that includes email, file & print, security and intranet services
  • Further automate their manual tasks and processes with Powershell
  • Your work schedule will be split as follows: 70% Business As Usual and 30% innovative/ambitious projects

Your profile

  • University degree in IT, engineering or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in technical support and troubleshooting
  • Passion for emerging technologies
  • Experience in managing Mac, Windows and Linux OS as well as device management systems like JAMF and InTune
  • Knowledge in administration of MS servers and Powershell scripting
  • Excellent communication skills in English and French
