We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Software Engineer to join a critical CIAM (Customer Identity & Access Management) project in the insurance sector. You'll be part of an agile, cross-functional team, working on secure, scalable identity solutions deployed in the AWS cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain IAM/CIAM systems hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS).
- Design and implement new features, primarily on the backend (Java) and occasionally on the frontend (Angular).
- Contribute to agile ceremonies and foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team.
- Participate in architectural discussions and technical design for new functionalities.
- Ensure high availability and performance through application monitoring and automation.
- Drive automation of deployment and operational tasks within CI/CD pipelines.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
- 3–5 years of experience in software engineering.
- Strong skills in Java and Angular development.
- Proven experience working with AWS cloud services.
- Linux server administration skills.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, and Dynatrace.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Jenkins, and Kubernetes.
- Practical experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM); knowledge of ForgeRock Directory Server is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data protection, security protocols, and IAM best practices.
- Experience working in agile teams using Scrum or Kanban methodologies.
- Fluency in English (C1 level); Spanish is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
