The team:
- Be part of a team responsible for Marketing Digitalization & Customer Intelligence, including Data Privacy related topics which are a crucial requirement in order to conduct appropriate marketing activities. They support providing digital tools and processes to retain and uplift the organization´s marketing capabilities
Your Responsibilities:
- Represent the client’s Digital community globally/regionaly as a Technical Consultant, aiding in the execution of the their Digital roadmap and facilitating the identification, execution, and implementation of customer-centric digital solutions in a measurable manner
- Drive and enhance the client's data privacy strategy in collaboration with the legal team, ensuring continuous improvement
- Gather requirements for developing realization concepts for data privacy and implementing a legal base management system
- Contribute to the development of legal compliance within respective product families and globally
- Provide consultation and guidance to their divisions in implementing the Global Data Privacy Management platform, including the Corporate Consent Catalogue
- Ensure adherence to legal and security standards while closely collaborating with external service providers and implementation partners
- Utilize hands-on experience with agile methodologies
Your Profile:
- Degree in business informatics, business administration, marketing studies, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant software development experience in a similar work environment, ideally using Python, Javascript, HTML and JSON
- You speak APIs, integration, software architecture and many more languages!
- Hands-on experience in project and change management, including presentation skills as well as proficiency in agile methodologies
- Strong digital mindset to advance the client's Digital Transformation
- Creative team player with excellent English communication skills
- Expertise in permission marketing, including newsletters, and internal data privacy regulations for marketing activities
- Legal understanding with technical proficiency to comprehend processes within data privacy platforms and landscapes
- Advantageous: Familiarity with Consent Management and Web Compliance Tools (e.g.,"OneTrust"), Azure DevOps, agile tools, Microsoft Office, and Atlassian Toolstack
