Junior Project Manager - Cloud Transformation

Berlin - Köln - Hamburg - FFM - Stuttgart - München

Main Responsibilities:

  • Determine project governance with clear structure as well as framework
  • Determine responsibilities and foment cooperation/collaboration
  • Foster an agile mindset development within the organization
  • Use effective and pro-active communication to manage stakeholders
  • Conduct Risk & Issue Management
  • Create a quality management system that precisely tracks projects incl. milestones, quality gates and KPI measurement
  • Manage/optimize project financials
  • Propose new business opportunities by effectively defining project scope
  • Make sure delivered solutions are realized in previously determined time frame and meet client expectations
  • Manage project E2E, ensure smooth handover to operation

Ideal Profile:

  • At least 1 year of Experience with Cloud Transformations
  • Great leadership skills and ability to lead cross-functional projects teams
  • Experience with latest versions of project management methods and tools such as SCRUM, Design Thinking, JIRA, Trello will be considered an asset
  • Technical knowledge related to hybrid cloud and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure and Google
  • Outstanding leadership & consulting skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in German and English
