Our client is a prestigious international company and a trusted partner to some of the world’s leading premium sports car manufacturers. To support its continued growth and development, we are seeking to strengthen the team by hiring for the position of a junior Quality Engineer.
What do we expect from you?
- A strong ambition to become a quality expert in automotive manufacturing. willingness to learn and grow with the company
- Passion for automobiles, strong technical and analytical thinking, a systematic, customer- and solution-oriented approach, excellent communication skills
- University degree in technical discipline
- Preferably some experience in the automotive industry – knowledge of standard quality management systems and methods, project management, manufacturing processes, audit experience
- Excellent language skills - in addition to native Slovak/Czech also fluent English (C1), additional proficiency in German or willingness to learn German is a strong advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- High level of flexibility and adaptability, willingness to travel extensively

Your responsibilities will include, among others:
- Preparing and delivering quality reports to both customers and suppliers
- Cooperating with cross-functional teams, supporting project quality management
- Supporting the ramp-up of new projects and products
- Identifying issues related to product and process quality, issuing reports
- Analyzing potential failures and their effects in product design and manufacturing processes
- Drafting and tracking corrective actions
- Coordinating prototype (pre-series) installations
- Participating in internal audits and providing supplier support when necessary
