For the expasion of the IT Recruiting team in Spain, now we look for a motivated:
6 months internship + option for permanent contract
Your role:
- Conducting end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions within the IT sector.
- Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates through various channels (internal database, social media, referrals, etc.).
- Assisting in creating job descriptions and job postings.
- Working closely with Senior consultants and support them in their projects.
- Coordinating and conducting interviews, mostly virtually.
- Create and translate reports in English, Spanish or German related to specific HR projects.
- Providing a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

You have:
- Strong interest in IT recruitment (experience is a plus but not required).
- Good time management skills.
- Empathetic and people-oriented.
- Excellent communication, motivational, and team-building skills.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
