Your Tasks
- Active customer relationship management: maintain existing customer relationships and convince new customers
- Promote and develop new services
- Ensure timely support regarding technical issues and parts inquiries
- Manage and further develop the local service team
- Implement and continuously improve safety standards and increase safety awareness
- Ensure quality requirements and ISO compliance through appropriate measures
- Provide and evaluate reports to track relevant KPIs, including customer support, sales, margins, and efficiency
- Optimize administrative processes such as orders, invoices, and payments in compliance with legal and internal requirements
- Handle legal and warranty cases
Your Qualifications
- Completed training or studies in a commercial or technical field
- Very good technical understanding, ideally with product-specific knowledge in the field of mobile cranes
- Experience in employee management and in setting up or expanding an organization
- Business-fluent Dutch and good English skills
