This business-to-business role is for ambitious entrepreneurs eager to represent ISG, with potential to become Country Manager—choose your niche, from recruitment and talent acquisition to HR strategy, training, or advisory services.

Role Overview

Represent ISG in Morocco, using our established model to secure clients and deliver high-value HR projects. Access international opportunities, working on deals in Europe, Asia, the Americas, and beyond. This is not employment; it's a revenue-share partnership like franchising—no buy-in or subscriptions required. ISG earns a percentage only from successful project revenues.

Requirements

  • Entrepreneurial with HR consulting experience or strong business drive.
  • Network in Morocco's HR/business sectors (Casablanca ideal, but flexible).
  • Self-motivated to build pipelines and select your niche (e.g., recruitment, DEI, compliance).
  • Fluency in Arabic/French/English; excellent sales and relationship skills.
  • Ability to operate via B2B contract in Morocco.
