Your Mission:
Your primary objective is to originate and secure new client engagements for ISG Spain, specifically in the areas of:
- Executive Search: Identifying and recruiting top-tier management and specialist professionals.
- Search & Selection: Providing comprehensive recruitment services for various organizational levels.
- HR Consulting: Advising clients on strategic HR initiatives, organizational development, and talent management.
- Personnel Development & Training: Proposing and implementing bespoke training and development programs.
- Outplacement: Supporting organizations and individuals through career transition programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Business Development & Sales: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Spanish market, build robust sales pipelines, and manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
- Client Acquisition: Leverage your existing network and develop new relationships with C-suite executives, HR Directors, and senior decision-makers in target organizations across various sectors.
- Solution Articulation: Understand client HR challenges and effectively articulate how ISG's comprehensive range of HR consulting and recruitment services can deliver measurable value and strategic advantage.
- Engagement Leadership: You have the flexibility to either personally lead and deliver complex executive search assignments or HR consulting projects, or collaborate seamlessly with our highly skilled internal teams of specialized consultants and trainers to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscapes, and client needs within the Spanish HR and recruitment space.
- Brand Ambassador: Represent ISG with the highest level of professionalism and integrity, enhancing our reputation and market leadership in Spain.

Your Compensation Model: Profit Sharing
This is a genuine partnership opportunity. You will participate in a highly attractive profit-sharing scheme, where you retain a substantial percentage of the revenue generated from your successful client engagements, contributing a pre-agreed percentage of your earnings back to ISG.
