Your Mission

As a Managing Partner of ISG in Greece you will develop and lead your own business within the group, with a strong entrepreneurial spirit. You will build lasting relationships with your clients and provide tailored solutions in the following areas:

  • Executive Search: recruitment of executives and strategic profiles
  • Search & Selection: recruitment of managers and specialists
  • HR Consulting: strategic support and organizational transformation
  • Development & Training: tailor-made programs to develop talent
  • Outplacement: support for companies and professionals during transition phases

Key Responsibilities

  • Business Development & Strategy: identifying opportunities, generating leads, and managing the sales cycle in the Irish market.
  • Client Acquisition & Retention: building a strong network with executives, HR directors, and senior decision-makers.
  • Consultative Approach & Sales: understanding client challenges and showcasing ISG solutions.
  • Project Management: leading Executive Search and consulting assignments in coordination with local and international ISG teams.
  • Brand Representation: promoting the group’s values: professionalism, integrity, and excellence.
  • Marketing & Visibility: participating in events and initiatives to strengthen ISG’s brand and business development.
