Key Responsibilities

  • Drive client acquisition through C-level outreach and personalized pitches to secure commercial mandates.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment using ISG resources and verticals, sourcing top talent in collaboration with ISG Teams and Managing Partners
  • Build and scale your independent practice, leveraging ISG's global infrastructure and networking opportunities.

Ideal Candidate

Independent contractor arrangement. Required: Active autónomo registration (RETA), handle own invoicing (IVA/IRPF), taxes, and social security. Full autonomy—no fixed hours, supervision.

  • Proven background in sales, recruitment, or executive search / business development.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong networking, relationship-building, and self-management skills.
  • Madrid-local preferred; fluent in Spanish; business degree advantageous.
