Role Objective:
We are looking for a Marketing Manager for the Istanbul entity of a leading international petrochemical company.
The role will focus on developing new market opportunities and applications for the company's Synthetic Rubber portfolio, working closely with customers, sales teams, technical experts, and senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new applications and growth opportunities for Synthetic Rubber products.
- Monitor demand, market trends, pricing, and competitive dynamics.
- Analyze trade flows, customs statistics, and industry data.
- Support customer development, application development, and new market opportunity projects.
- Assess customer needs and support new product development initiatives.
- Evaluate business opportunities and project economics.
- Prepare market reports, business cases, and management presentations.
- Work closely with Sales, Technical, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience in petrochemicals, synthetic rubber, elastomers, chemicals, or related B2B industrial markets.
- Knowledge of SBR, ESBR, SSBR, BR, PBR, NBR, EPDM, Butyl Rubber, or related elastomer products.
- Experience in market intelligence, market development, demand forecasting, pricing analysis, and strategic planning.
- Understanding of B2B marketing, industrial sales, and value proposition development.
- Ability to evaluate project economics, profitability, market share potential, and business opportunities.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- English B2+.
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.
