Your key responsibilities include:
- Analyse best practices and develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve marketing objectives, including brand planning and strategy development
- Leveraging internal support and driving collaboration in alignment with DACH and international marketing
- Evaluating the effectiveness of promotion and advertising programs and suggesting improvements
- Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Help develop creative briefs and guide creative direction to meet objectives for all advertising and customer communications, including print, digital, and video assets
- Conceptualize and execute on multichannel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging in all channels
- Plan, coordinate and participate in events
- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads
- Identify the effectiveness and impact of current marketing initiatives through tracking, analysis and optimisation
- Collaboration and presentation of ideas and results to internal and external teams
Education, Registration & Certification
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business or related field
- 3–5 years of work experience, preferably with pharmaceutical products
- Good knowledge and a thorough understanding of pharmaceutical development and marketing processes as well as the entire healthcare sector
- Established contacts with agencies in AT and CH (creative, media, etc.)
Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with online marketing and social media strategies
- Familiarity with latest trends and best practices in the pharmaceutical field
- Willingness to travel (Europe)
