Our client is looking for a passionate professional in mobile automation who enjoys solving complex technical challenges and thrives in collaborative environments. You will join a high-impact technology team driving the implementation of a Continuous Testing strategy across multiple business-critical projects. You will play a key role in ensuring full automated coverage of functional and non-functional testing, working closely with Product, Development, Operations, and Business stakeholders.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation of the Continuous Testing strategy across projects and modules, ensuring full automated coverage aligned with SDLC processes and tools.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and reliable mobile automation frameworks (Android & iOS) using Java and Appium.
  • Develop and execute automated test suites for native and hybrid mobile applications, including context switching between native and webview components.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitHub Actions) and device farms such as Sauce Labs or BrowserStack.
  • Collaborate with Product, Development, Operations, and Business stakeholders to ensure quality standards across business flows.
  • Research and promote best practices and innovative tools in mobile and web automation, providing technical guidance when needed.

Your Profile

  • 4+ years of experience in Mobile Test Automation with strong expertise in Java, Appium, and device farms (Sauce Labs or BrowserStack).
  • Experience automating native and hybrid mobile applications (Android & iOS), handling dynamic DOM updates, asynchronous events, client-side routing, and webview contexts.
  • Experience with Gherkin and Cucumber frameworks and integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub, GitHub Actions).
  • Solid understanding of Continuous Testing practices and automation framework scalability and maintainability.
  • Nice to have experience in Web automation (Selenium), API automation, and exposure to banking projects.
  • Spanish is mandatory; English is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field.
