Our client is a leading international company in the FMCG sector, recognized for its strong global presence, premium brand portfolio, and continuous focus on innovation and digital transformation.

They are currently looking for a Modern Workplace Chapter Lead to join their Global Engineering Services team, leading a distributed community of engineers and shaping the future of the digital workplace for thousands of employees worldwide.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the global Modern Workplace team, driving people growth, engagement, and performance
  • Define and implement technical standards and best practices across the Modern Workplace domain (M365, endpoint management, collaboration tools, GenAI/Copilot, etc.)
  • Build and evolve the chapter, establishing frameworks, governance, and ways of working
  • Act as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders, contributing to tactical and strategic discussions
  • Ensure effective resource allocation across squads based on skills and priorities
  • Lead vendor management and sourcing strategy, ensuring performance, quality, and alignment with internal standards
  • Promote a strong focus on ways of working and delivery excellence, improving how teams deliver rather than managing delivery itself

Your Profile

  • Strong background in Modern Workplace / End-User Computing, with solid expertise in at least one core area (e.g. M365, Intune, collaboration tools)
  • Proven experience in people leadership and team development within global, matrix organizations
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead through change
  • Experience working in agile / product-based environments (Spotify model or similar)
  • Fluent in English (mandatory); Spanish is a strong plus
  • Based in Madrid or open to relocation
