Partner Testing Project Manager

Overview

We are looking for a skilled Partner Testing Project Manager to lead and elevate testing operations within mobile satellite communication projects. This role is central to ensuring product quality, reliability, and readiness by orchestrating collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders. You will play a key role in aligning testing efforts with strategic objectives and delivering high-performance communication solutions.

What You Will Do

  • Define and implement effective testing strategies for mobile satellite communication products and services
  • Align testing requirements with project goals through close collaboration with internal teams and external partners
  • Plan, track, and deliver testing milestones within established timelines
  • Act as the primary coordination point across engineering, quality assurance, partners, and clients
  • Build strong, lasting relationships with external partners and ensure seamless integration of their testing activities
  • Facilitate clear communication across teams, proactively resolving issues and ensuring progress
  • Oversee comprehensive test execution across hardware and software components
  • Ensure full validation across functionality, performance, and security dimensions
  • Maintain high-quality standards by ensuring all outputs meet specifications and expectations
  • Monitor, prioritize, and drive resolution of issues efficiently
  • Lead defect management processes, minimizing impact on delivery timelines
  • Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies to ensure continuity
  • Maintain structured documentation of test plans, cases, and outcomes
  • Provide regular, insight-driven updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Analyze results to drive continuous improvement in development and testing processes
  • Contribute to the enhancement of tools, methodologies, and best practices

What You Bring

Education

  • Degree in Computer Science, Electronics, Telecommunications, or a related field

Experience

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Service, Project Management, or Satellite/Cellular Communications

Nice to Have

  • Experience with RF systems, baseband equipment, or satellite communication technologies
  • Familiarity with remote monitoring tools, system diagnostics, and remote access platforms
  • Experience working with monitoring, configuration management, and fault management tools

Core Skills

  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Professional Fluency in Spanish
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges independently
  • High level of adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments

Work Other Requirements

  • Comfortable working in a professional office setting with extended computer use
