They are currently seeking a Plant Manager to lead their production facility in Romania, overseeing all operational processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Lead operational processes, production, workflows, and employees.
  • Ensure zero-defect production and KPI compliance.
  • Represent the plant internally and externally (customers, authorities).

Required Technical Qualifications

  • Education: Technical / Commercial degree or equivalent industrial experience.
  • Experience as Production Manager / Plant Manager in industrial manufacturing.
  • KPI-driven management, team leadership, VDA / Automotive standards desirable.
  • Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), Alpha Plus, Zeus, FLOWWER.
  • Driving license B.

Key Responsibilities

Management / Strategic
  • Implement and monitor economic and financial guidelines (BWA).
  • Act as the main contact point for clients and suppliers.
  • Drive cross-site collaboration & continuous improvement (KVP) projects.
Operations / Technical
  • Oversee production planning & material management.
  • Ensure serial quality responsibility & machine availability.
  • Lead and support internal and external audits.
  • Prepare, evaluate, and implement investment projects related to machinery, equipment, and infrastructure.
Employee Management
  • Manage personnel planning, development, training.
  • Provide disciplinary & functional leadership.
  • Manage and develop salary structure management (with CEO / CHRO).
  • Build high-performing teams and actively promote a positive, results-oriented company culture.
