They are currently seeking a Plant Manager to lead their production facility in Romania, overseeing all operational processes and ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Lead production, workflows, and operational teams.
- Ensure zero-defect production and meet KPIs.
- Oversee audits, machinery, and investment projects.
- Manage personnel planning, training, and team development.
- Serve as main contact for clients, suppliers, and authorities.
Requirements
- Experience as Production or Plant Manager in industrial manufacturing.
- Result-oriented, proactive, and able to lead teams effectively.
- Fluent in Romanian and either German or English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and resilience.
- Proficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams), Alpha Plus, Zeus, FLOWWER.
- KPI-driven management; VDA/Automotive standards a plus.
