For one of our clients, an international manufacturing company, we are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead and optimize all manufacturing activities within a plant or independent production unit. The role focuses on operational excellence, cost efficiency, on-time delivery, and the implementation of strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall responsibility for production, quality, materials, and manufacturing engineering
- Translate corporate strategy into operational plans, KPIs, and budgets
- Lead and develop teams, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with HSE, regulatory, and internal policies
- Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and cost control
- Drive process improvements and manage operational risks
Experience & Qualifications
- Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Operations, or a related field
- 15+ years of experience in manufacturing, including senior management roles
- Strong background in plant operations, strategic planning, and performance management
- Proven leadership skills with a hands-on, results-driven mindset
