Our client providing services since 60 years in the mining sector both domestically and internationally, serving as the primary raw material supplier for the glass, ceramic, paint, and plastic industries is looking for a "Plastic Process and Business Development Executive” who will contribute value to their "Plastic Sector" processes and projects through their knowledge and experience.
Ideal candidates are;
Expected to:
- Apply knowledge in Process, Business Development, and R&D to meet sector demands
- Participate in Masterbatch/compound projects
- Focus on new product development
- Collaborate with production teams
- Conduct research in polymer processing, plastic part design, etc
- Manage testing phases and equipment
Responsibilities include:
- Researching and testing polymer, mineral, and additive materials
- Contributing to R&D efforts for Masterbatch and compound
- Operating production processes
- Operating pilot plant, conducting business development studies
- Designing materials for customer needs
- Reporting on activities
- Planning production for smooth execution
Requirements:
- Degree in Polymer, Material, Chemical, or Metallurgical Engineering with a master's in polymer materials
- 8 + year experience in plastic industry, preferably in mineral-filled compound/masterbatch projects
- Proficiency in Plastic Extrusion and/or Injection fields
- Strong testing skills and experience in interpreting results
- Expertise in process and business development
- Residency in Aydın or Çine
- Fluency in English, German is a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel
