We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated person based in Germany to join the EMEA Sales team with a responsibilty for the DACH region.

Pre-Sales Consultant DACH (m/f)

Your responsibilities
  • Support and lead large scale enterprise transactions as presales consultant by using knowledge and understanding that is beyond the bounds of Silo’d monitoring tools and Silo’d IT support to move deals forward
  • Interact with potential customers through executive meetings, discovery conversations, solution demonstrations, presentations and follow-up discussions
  • Gain acceptance from the customer that we have the key solution to solve their end user experience and service delivery problems
  • Prepare, plan and execute demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) to transform a qualified opportunity into a deal
  • Run and facilitate value-based workshops with prospects, partners and customers so that they can fully discover and understand how our client's solution can address their EUE, E2E or APM projects and major issues
  • Demonstrate how the solution can support overall customer initiatives and how this generates a value
  • Support sales team to qualify leads by using their product deep understanding in relation to customer pain points
  • Collaborate with the sales team to plan and execute sales development strategies
  • Participate as a speaker in key company events such as User groups, trade shows, partner days and other marketing related activities
  • Understand technical findings and transform them into compelling business stories to demonstrate the monitoring solutions added value

Your skills and experience
  • 3+ years' presales experience. OR demonstratable desire and natural flair for sales and over deep dive technical abilities
  • Proven consultative skills
  • Experience of working with a sales organization or service provider
  • Experience as a key technical resource leading the introduction of a new technology into a new market or businesses
  • Experience of one or more of the following technology areas: APM, SCOM, 3rd party monitoring tools, Microsoft Server and Applications, End User Computing Transformation Projects (e.g. Citrix/Horizon View), IT Service Management (ITIL, Ticketing), Application Performance monitoring and IT analytics
  • Broad knowledge and certification of main industry standard technologies (Windows Server, Linux, Virtualization) are a must! SAP, SQL/Oracle, JAVA & .Net are nice to haves
  • Customer centric attitude with great people skills
  • Strong presentation skills with great communication skills (both written and verbal) with the ability to talk to different teams
  • Fluent in German and Englisch
  • Willingness to travel
