Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst

Your Responsibilities

  • Develop and operate the Celonis process mining tool as part of Process Analytics team.
  • Support recording of customer requirements with internal business partners.
  • Support the implementation of new functionalities as part of the DevOps team within the whole ETL pipeline.
  • Technical consulting with business partners and analysts.
  • Cooperate with internal or external key players for the provision of services considering agreed service level agreements (e.g., reaction times, solution times, availability, readiness).
  • Support user acceptance tests together with internal business partners.
  • Ensure the further development of expertise within the DevOps team.

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a technical focus from an accredited college or university is required.
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience working in BI/ Process Mining.
  • Expertise and minimum 1 year experience in SQL programming.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the full ETL pipeline.
  • Experience working with agile methodology.
  • High sense of responsibility and proactivity.
  • Strong team spirit and willingness to contribute to a collaborative work culture.
  • You have great communications skills and a fluent level in English.
