About the Role
Are you a detail-oriented analyst who thrives on bridging business needs with practical solutions?
We’re looking for a Process Solution Designer who can connect strategy with delivery. In this role, you’ll drive requirement analysis, facilitate solution design, and ensure seamless integration between business and technical teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Gather and analyse requirements to inform solution design
- Translate business needs into functional documentation and impact assessments
- Facilitate collaboration between business stakeholders and delivery teams
- Contribute to risk and compliance alignment during process definition
- Use Jira and Confluence to manage workflows and ensure structured documentation
- Mentor junior analysts and lead sub-project workstreams
Core Competencies
- Advanced use of Jira and Confluence, including workflow customisation
- Agile and Scrum methodologies; familiarity with Waterfall
- Business process modelling and change impact evaluation
- Data-driven decision making and structured problem solving
- Cross-functional stakeholder engagement and communication
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in process design, business analysis, or project delivery
- University degree in Technology, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field
- Proficiency in documentation and stakeholder communication
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with shifting priorities
- Fluent English required
