Responsibilities

The Core Sales Execution Product Owner is responsible for the Sales Force Automation (SFA) products used by our sales representantives and sales management to cover the following:
  • Customer/prospects relationship management
  • Visit management (planning and execution)
  • Territory allocation
  • Routing management
  • Sales execution performance
  • Leading x2 team members within the Agile Squad overseing the development of the product roadmap
  • Managing backlog and update priorities based on local needs & feedbacks
  • Prioritizing product backlog and manage risks and interdependencies with other squads
  • Collecting and consolidating Product value based on inputs from Proximity Team and GBPO’s
  • Tracking product performance and value realization based on defined KPI's
  • Estimating resource forecasts, adjust roadmap and prioritization based on resource availability

Your profile

  • Similar Product Management experience in an agile and international scope
  • Experience in building and/or supporting (meaning maintenance, evolutions and configuration management) of SFA tools (whether Salesforce or other application or platform)
  • Strategic thinking & value-driven mindset for roadmap creation and monitoring
  • Strong leadership and communication skills to align cross-functional teams
  • Effective prioritization skills and ability to make strategic decisions
  • Experience in Agile environments and understanding of Agile principles
  • Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills
