Our client is a company specializing in high-quality plastic manufacturing solutions, serving global markets with innovative, sustainable products.

We are seeking a Production Manager for our production facility in Romania to lead operations in injection molding, assembly, and pad printing. You will be responsible for efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality production, ensuring zero-defect output and optimal utilization of resources

Key Responsibilities

Technical (70%)

  • Ensure serial quality and maintain thorough process documentation.
  • Maximize machine, equipment, and tool availability.
  • Support internal and external audits.
  • Lead KVP / continuous improvement projects.
  • Maintain workplace order, cleanliness, and safety standards (SOS).

Team Management (30%)

  • Promote and enforce company values in daily operations.
  • Conduct personnel planning and manage vacation schedules.
  • Assess and develop employee competencies.
  • Foster team building, collaboration, and effective communication.

Requirements

  • Technical degree or equivalent experience in manufacturing/production management in the plastics industry.
  • Proven experience leading teams in an industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of VDA / Automotive standards is desirable.
  • Technical skills in MDE/BDE, Alpha Plus (Production), Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams).
  • Fluent in Romanian and either German or English.
  • Builds efficient communication structures, fosters teamwork, empathy, and collaboration.
  • Open to innovation and able to implement strategic initiatives under challenging conditions.
