Your Mission
In this role, you will be a key figure in a production environment consisting of approximately 650 employees. Your focus will be on maintaining high standards of operational efficiency while fostering a culture of professional leadership.
- Operational Oversight: Managing the daily production flow within a high-volume automotive facility.
- Team Leadership: Providing guidance and direction to the workforce, ensuring safety, quality, and output targets are consistently met.
- Process Optimization: Supporting modern manufacturing principles to ensure the site remains competitive and efficient.
- Reporting: Maintaining clear communication with plant management and ensuring all production KPIs are transparent and achieved.
Your Profile
- Proven Leader: You have solid experience in leadership roles within a manufacturing environment. You know how to motivate teams and manage the daily dynamics of a large-scale operation.
- Automotive Background: You possess significant experience within the automotive supply industry.
- Material Knowledge: Ideally, you have experience working with rubber or elastomer materials, understanding the specific challenges of this manufacturing segment.
- Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is mandatory for international collaboration.
- Proactive Mindset: You are a problem-solver who remains calm under pressure and enjoys the fast-paced nature of automotive production.
