Are you passionate about driving transformation, improving planning processes, and leading strategic projects in a multinational manufacturing environment?

We're looking for a Supply Chain Project Manager to play a key role in the digital transformation of Supply Chain Planning. From implementing SAP IBP to enhancing S&OP processes and leading cross-functional initiatives, you'll help shape the future of planning across multiple European manufacturing sites.

What you'll be doing

  • Lead continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives within the Capacity Planning function, enhancing S&OP processes, inventory management, and planning KPIs.
  • Drive the implementation of SAP IBP, supporting the development of forecasting models, planning processes, and master data structures while acting as the link between central and local teams throughout the transformation.
  • Lead projects focused on cost optimization, operational efficiency, supply performance, contingency planning, and business resilience.
  • Coordinate product transfers and new product introductions across manufacturing sites, working closely with Commercial, R&D, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
  • Strengthen collaboration with logistics partners through demand analysis, performance reviews, and KPI monitoring.
  • Support the management of customer digital platforms and planning-related systems.

What we're looking for

  • University degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Continuous Improvement, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Supply Chain Planning, Capacity Planning, Supply Chain Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Supply Chain Project Management within a multinational manufacturing environment.
  • Strong understanding of S&OP, Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, and Inventory Management.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English is required. An additional European language is a plus.
