To support their continued growth, they are looking for an experienced
Product/Project Lead to join their international team.
Your Responsibilities
As a Product / Project Lead, you will act as the key interface between clients and delivery teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and according to budget.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing a shared project vision together with customers and identifying opportunities to create additional value
- Acting as Product Owner within Scrum teams and actively participating in the delivery process
- Gathering, documenting, and prioritizing requirements through user stories and backlog management
- Creating and maintaining project plans using tools such as Gantt charts and Kanban boards
- Managing project resources, staffing plans, budgets, and timelines
- Ensuring project quality and customer satisfaction
- Supporting economic and technological sustainability throughout project delivery
- Preparing monthly financial reports, forecasts, and project controlling activities
Essential Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Project Manager
- German language proficiency at C2 level and English proficiency at C1 level or higher
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban
- Experience managing business and financial aspects of projects
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong intercultural competence and willingness to travel approximately 15% of working time
Nice to Have
- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in Customer Experience, Web, or Mobile projects
- Previous responsibility for project budgets and commercial performance
- Practical experience working in Agile environments
- Basic technical understanding of Customer Experience, Web, and Mobile technologies
