Our client is an internationally operating software company, developing aviation solutions and air traffic services. For its office in Graz, our client is currently looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and deliver complex software projects in the air traffic control domain, ensuring customer compliance with customer requirements and industry standards
  • Ensure technical feasibility by creating robust project plans in close collaboration with all key stakeholders
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships while proactively managing customer expectations
  • Establish and drive quality assurance by applying appropriate processes, systems and tools
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks; resolve issues; and maintain accurate, up-to-date project documentation
  • Enable effective collaboration between third-party vendors, regional teams, and internal departments
  • Support the sales team during pre-sales activities, including effort estimates/quotations and change management requests

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a comparable field
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience, with a strong focus on software delivery for safety-critical applications
  • Proven track record in leading and delivering large-scale projects, including prioritization and execution in fast-paced environment
  • Project management certification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
  • Good understanding of air traffic control systems, airport operations and related technologies
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written)

The minimum salary for this position, as per the IT collective agreement, is 4,485.00 € gross per month. However, there is a possibility of offering a higher salary based on your qualifications and professional experience.
