Our client is looking for an exceptional Automation QA Lead to spearhead a significant initiative within the insurance sector. This role involves collaborating with a prominent European insurance firm, leading a team of talented automation engineers. This is a dynamic position that combines technical acumen with team leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and direct a diverse group of automation testers.
- Engage effectively with the client in both verbal and written English.
- Develop, enhance, and sustain automated testing frameworks.
- Craft, manage, and execute automated tests and related datasets.
- Improve test automation strategies and infrastructure regularly.
- Integrate and collaborate with DevOps teams alongside CI/CD pipelines.
- Monitor and address defects using standard industry software.
- Deliver regular progress reports and insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 6 years in QA with 3+ years in automation leadership roles.
- Proficient in Selenium (Java), mobile automation, REST Assured, Git, Jenkins, and CI/CD tools.
- Strong expertise in creating frameworks, automated testing, and scripting.
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, for daily communication.
- Experience in team management, including strategic planning and performance evaluation.
