Our client is one of the largest construction companies in Saudi Arabia and has signed a partnership agreement with a Turkish company, forming a Joint Venture. This Joint Venture is recognized as one of the leading organizations in the construction sector and is involved in prestigious, large-scale infrastructure projects. For their operations within the NEOM Project in Saudi Arabia, we are looking to hire for the following position:
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee the planning, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) at JV (joint venture).
- Prepare, update and publish procedures, instructions and forms related to company processes.
- Share quality performance reports with project management.
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits and assess audit outcomes.
- Identify training needs on management systems and legal requirements; prepare and deliver training and evaluate its effectiveness.
- Promote continuous improvement by developing and sharing suggestions, reports and presentations with the deputy project director.
- Review and follow up on employee suggestions and their implementation.
- Evaluate QA/QC requirements in contracts and technical specifications.
- Define and provide applicable standards for project execution and control.
- Ensure efficient work practices of subordinates and compliance with health, safety, environmental regulations, JV procedures and Saudi laws.
