For one of our clients, a global leader in smart access solutions, we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive growth and lead sales operations in Turkey. The role involves managing both direct and indirect sales, overseeing key accounts, and expanding presence in core (hospitality) and adjacent markets (multi-housing, student accommodation, healthcare, etc.).

Reports To: Vice President, IMEAT, Hospitality
Job Description
- Lead sales and marketing efforts with a primary focus on the hospitality sector
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, ELV consultants, architects, and designers
- Explore and grow new business opportunities in various market segment
- Achieve regional sales targets and provide accurate forecasts and reports
- Ensure customer satisfaction and support marketing initiatives such as trade shows and product launches
- Manage a team of four and collaborate closely with internal stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years of sales and marketing experience, preferably in hospitality or tech industries
- Strong sales management skills and proven success in meeting targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
- Fluent in Turkish and English; bachelor’s degree required
- Technical background and experience in hotel-related technology sales are advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Valid Turkish driver’s license; ability to travel frequently (up to 80% fieldwork).
