The Role
We are seeking a results-driven Remote Recruiter with deep expertise in the Mexican market. This is a freelance/contractor position focusing on local projects with the potential for long-term employment as our operations scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage end-to-end talent acquisition for local projects in Mexico.
- Sourcing & Mapping: Identify top-tier talent across various industries using LinkedIn Recruiter and local networks.
- Market Expertise: Act as a local consultant regarding Mexico’s labor laws, salary benchmarks, and cultural nuances.
Requirements
- Experience: 3+ years in recruitment (agency or corporate) specifically within Mexico.
- Language: Native or professional fluency in both Spanish and English.
- Location: 100% Remote (must align with Mexico time zones).
- Vision: An entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in a long-term career path.
