SAP Client Representative (w/m/x)

Berlin - Hamburg - Köln - FFM - Stuttgart - München

Full Time

Main Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the total client relationship with one or several key clients, building relationships with senior client executives
  • Study the clients' organization and culture, based on that create a relationship plan addressing their IT and Business organizations
  • Lead a cross-functional team to address client needs and develop perfect solutions for them
  • Answer complex RFP's
  • Deliver Managed SAP offers/contracts, and prepare minor non Managed SAP parts
  • Apply Managed Apps guidelines regarding processes and pricing
  • Also work with other GTS CSE

Ideal Profile:

  • Thorough knowledge of SAP, Managed Apps, IS and Sales
  • Ability to present and represent Managed SAP
  • Familiar with cloud concepts and architectures (public/private, Hybrid, Multi-cloud, etc.)
  • Experience dealing with infrastructure (network connectivity and security) and operations (Hybrid / Multi-cloud management)
  • Minimum of 3 years worth of experience dealing with Hyperscalers in the Cloud environment
  • Academic/ technical background in IT service management, IT sourcing or strategy
  • Business knowledge of several industries/sectors and experience in the adoption of Cloud-Services will be considered an asset
  • Very business-oriented approach, understanding the link between business and IT, as well as experience with developing C-level relationships
  • Excellent written and verbal communication both in German and English
