Our client is a leading global manufacturer in the industrial sector, operating across 8+ countries.
We are looking for an SAP Manager who will lead all SAP projects, vendor management, and operations across Turkey and international locations, reporting to IT Director.
Job Description
- Be responsible for all SAP operations including project management, vendor relations, SLA governance, and application support
- Plan, organize, direct and run end-to-end SAP implementation, rollout, and upgrade projects to exceed business expectations
- Be responsible for all SAP operational parameters including system stability, budget, delivery performance, SLA compliance and team motivation
- Allocate resources effectively and manage consulting budgets to produce optimal project results
- Implement SAP strategies in alignment with digital transformation initiatives and provide a clear sense of direction and focus
- Develop systems and processes that track and optimize SAP performance standards, metrics and targets to ensure effective return on investment
- Build trusting relationships with stakeholders and recruit, manage and develop internal SAP team and external consultant teams
- Stay up to date with latest SAP innovations, S/4HANA developments and best practices
The ideal candidate should have the following qualifications
- BSc in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or relevant degree; MBA/Masters is a plus
- At least 10+ years of SAP project experience with minimum 5 years of progressive leadership and management experience within global SAP environments
- Robust knowledge and experience in SAP SD, FI, and CO modules with hands-on configuration expertise
- Manufacturing or industrial sector SAP experience is an asset
- Knowledge and experience related to SAP rollout projects, vendor management, SLA governance and budget management
- Sound knowledge about SAP project lifecycle, integration architecture and change management systems
- Strong planning, organization and project management capacity with an analytical mindset and robust problem-solving skills
- Highly self-driven, resilient, assertive, solution-oriented personality
- Exhibit outstanding leadership skills within complex, multi-site SAP project environments
- Proficiency in oral/written communication and interpersonal skills as well as strong relationship-building capacity across IT, Finance, Operations and business functions
- Excellent command of English both verbally and in writing - mandatory for global collaboration
