SCRUM Master (w/m/x)

Your Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Kanban/SCRUM team actions
  • Ensure technical needs and planning dependencies are managed
  • Supporting teams in focusing on measurable business outcomes
  • Ensure teams follow the defined Agile processes and methodology while actively managing the scrum processes
  • Resolve impediments, facilitate communication, and promote collaboration within and across teams to support value delivery and Sprint commitments
Your Skills:
  • 3+ years working experience as a SCRUM Master/Agile Coach
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (such as definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement)
  • Ability to work in an international context with fluency in English
  • Willingness to constantly learn, highly motivated, and not afraid of getting things done
