We are currently seeking a talented Sales Controller to join their rapidly expanding enterprise in İstanbul, Turkey. If you possess expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and reporting, and if you are eager to contribute to an international work environment, this opportunity is tailored for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Taking an active role in the budget process and generating monthly reports for management with insights
- Tracking sales performance versus budget and previous years regularly (monthly, weekly, and daily)
- Preparing departmental overhead costs and analyzing expenditures
- Acting as a business partner and converting financial and performance data into management intelligence
- Preparing consolidation process of P&L
- Ensuring the proper preparation of all required standard and ad-hoc reports
- Preparing forecast reports regularly
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial/financial analysis, reporting, budgeting and forecasting
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel), and SAP knowledge will be a plus
- Experience in Big Four audit companies is a plus
- Good command of both written and spoken English
- Strong analytical skills and a high level of attention to details
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and collaborate with business partners
