This role will play a central part in redefining the company’s market positioning as an end-to-end IT infrastructure and consulting partner.

Our client operates as a technology consulting and IT infrastructure solutions partner, delivering consultancy services across fields such as IT infrastructure and systems integration, enterprise networking solutions, data center environments, and cybersecurity.

The Role

This position goes beyond traditional sales management. The Commercial Director will be responsible not only for revenue growth and team leadership, but also for modernizing and redefining the commercial strategy of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leading and structuring the commercial organization.
  • Defining and executing potential markets and growth strategies.
  • Redesigning sales processes and strategies.
  • Driving modernization of commercial operations (tools, methodology, positioning).
  • Strengthening marketing strategy and commercial positioning.
  • Managing and expanding relationships with clients and providers.
  • Leading and managing major client contracts.

Ideal Background

  • Proven experience in IT infrastructure, systems integration, and/or technology consulting.
  • Experience within value-added reseller (VAR), enterprise IT solutions, or similar environments.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, data centers, cybersecurity, and enterprise IT ecosystems.
  • Experience in managing client and vendor partnerships.
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • Fluent in English and Czech.
