Key Responsibilities:

  • Demystify digital concepts for industrial companies and focus on practical immediate steps to achieve new level of performance and efficiency.
  • Bring solutions on manufacturing processes with first class public cloud technologies which give a unique position to your client relationship.
  • Help your clients observe the world differently, discover opportunities they may never have imagined and achieve results that bridge what is with what can be.
  • Be responsible for delivering large scale digital transformation opportunities in co-creation with clients in the Industrial Sector.
  • Lead sales processes from deal orchistration to successful closing, including offering fine tuning, solution shaping, proposal preparation and client presentations.
  • Work closely with the eco-system partners to generate market opportunities and deliver exciting works.

What you bring to the table:

  • You are an action-oriented visionary who is craving to be part of a great company in a fast-growing segment.
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment on emerging Hybrid Cloud, Big Data and AI strategies
  • You have the ability to lead cross-functional teams to design and deliver applications required to transform business and IT processes while meeting the needs and outcomes.
  • You are capable to build, monitor and progress a sales pipeline of 5-10+mio. EUR
  • You have 5+ years of consulting, sales or account management experiences, business development in industrial practice.
  • You have 3+ years of experience in Industrial Internet of Things, Smart Factory, Digital Supply Chain.
  • You understand digital modeling concepts like Digital Twin, IOT Asset Management, Predictive Maintenance, Visual Inspection, etc.
  • You are capable of building key client relationships and business opportunities in a consulting environment from incubation to full scale solutions across strategy, process, and technology.
  • You possess business and technical acumen on the latest digital topics.
  • You are fluent in English and German, able to travel frequently to meet clients and other stakeholders in the area of Germany, Austria and Switzerland.

Base Offer:

  • Approximate base salary (based on your experience) of EUR 120,000 gross per year, with an uncapped incentive model.
  • You love to travel (>50%) to your international clients
