We are representing a highly respected international company specializing in premium fittings for windows and doors.
The company has been successfully active in Turkey for years and has recently established a liaison office to further strengthen its presence in the region.

To ensure a smooth transition and continued success, they are looking for an Area Sales Manager to take over an established customer base, provide excellent customer care, and expand the business in Turkey's promising market.
The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing all assigned customers in their sales region. This includes driving revenue growth across all product lines, acquiring new customers, and expanding relationships with existing ones. The role also involves providing technical application advice to customers.

Responsibilities

  • New Customer Acquisition: Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and ensure business growth through structured and frequent customer visits.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen and expand relationships with existing customers to increase revenue through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Technical and Commercial Support: Provide expert advice on product applications, assist with problem-solving, and manage the entire quotation process in collaboration with the back-office team.
  • Market Development: Analyze market potential, identify opportunities, and consistently fill the sales pipeline with new prospects.
  • Campaigns and Events: Execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns, organize customer training sessions, and represent the company at trade fairs and industry events.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in the window and door fittings industry or related field.
  • Strong sales skills and knowledge of sales processes, including up-selling, cross-selling techniques and negotiations.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English; German would be a strong advantage.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, SAP, and MS Office.
  • High technical affinity and ability to provide tailored solutions for customers together with the technical and sales support.
