Sales Manager – HVAC

We are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to help us expand our business, primarily in the HVAC market, as well as other similar depth filtration markets.
Your Role
As our Sales Manager, you will:
- Identify and approach new customers, focusing on filter manufacturers that produce rigid pleated filter elements for HVAC. (panel, compact, V-bank)
- Drive sales activities — from lead generation to closing deals.
- Develop strong customer relationships.
- Assist customers with technical support.
- Visit relevant industry exhibitions.
- Collect and analyze market requirements, product specifications, and standards to guide our business development.
- Work closely with our production and R&D teams in Denmark to align customer needs with technical capabilities.
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in sales in similar role with proven track record.
- Strong hunter-profile thriving with a high focus on new-business.
- Willingness to have high travel activity.
- Strong understanding of applications and specifications in the HVAC market.
- Existing network of contacts within relevant industries is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a remote role.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (other European languages a plus).
