Responsibilities:
  • Spearheading the sales of petrochemical products: Lead the sales efforts for petrochemical products, including Basic polymers, through effective contract negotiations and spot deals.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis and deliver insightful reports to the product manager, helping to make informed business decisions.
  • Collaboration with Marketing: Work closely with the Marketing team to generate leads, prospect potential clients, and assess new sales opportunities in the Uzbek market.
  • Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and nurture relationships with both existing and prospective direct accounts, while also offering sales support to distribution partners, ensuring a strong client base.
  • Market Knowledge: Stay well-informed about customer requirements and the latest market trends in the petrochemical industry.
  • Client Engagement: Establish and maintain robust client relationships through regular visits, a comprehensive understanding of their needs, and the identification of new marketing avenues.
  • Sales Tracking: Diligently track sales activities and maintain up-to-date account information in the company's CRM system.
Requirements:
  • Sales Experience: A minimum of 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in the petrochemical industry.
  • Industry Knowledge: Profound comprehension of the petrochemical industry, including products, market dynamics, and industry trends.
  • Logistics Expertise: Expertise in logistics, encompassing Incoterms, hazardous materials handling, transport logistics, international regulations, and bulk transport.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both Russian and English languages, enabling effective communication and negotiation.
  • Key Skills: Exceptional negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. A team-oriented mindset, a strong customer-centric approach, precision in work, and a knack for analytical thinking.
  • CRM Proficiency: Proficient knowledge of CRM systems or equivalent software to manage sales activities and client information effectively.
