About the Role

Our Client is seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth in the Croatian market. The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, expanding market presence, and supporting sustainable district heating, cooling, and industrial energy projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and expand the company’s market presence in Croatia.
  • Identify new business opportunities with utilities, EPC contractors, engineering firms, and municipal clients.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: lead generation, technical consultations, proposal preparation, negotiation, and closing.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing customers and strategic partners.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, engineering, and production teams to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and major project developments in the district heating, cooling, and industrial energy sectors.
  • Prepare regular sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in energy infrastructure, construction, HVAC, district heating, or industrial equipment.
  • Strong technical aptitude or the ability to quickly acquire product-specific knowledge.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Fluent Croatian and good command of English.
  • Self-driven, structured, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel within Croatia.
