Sales Manager (m/w/d) - Czech Republic

On behalf of an internationally leading provider of payment and commerce technology, you will support businesses in making their payment processes simpler and more efficient – with a powerful end-to-end solution combining payments, hardware, software, and services for industries such as hospitality, hotels, retail, and e-commerce.

Your mission: You will take responsibility for developing a clearly defined sales territory in the Czech Republic, with Prague as your place of work. You will acquire new merchant customers from sectors such as hospitality, hotels, retail, and services, present modern payment solutions including terminals, software, and services, and further develop existing customers through suitable add-ons and extensions.

Your Responsibilities

  • Actively acquiring new customers through phone outreach, on-site cold calling, networking, and referrals
  • Scheduling and conducting customer meetings to present products and services
  • Developing existing customers through up-selling and cross-selling of hardware, software, and professional services
  • Analyzing customer needs, handling objections, and providing solution-oriented advice
  • Clearly demonstrating the solution using a laptop or payment terminal and presenting a compelling value proposition
  • Qualifying opportunities and managing your sales pipeline in a structured way
  • Maintaining CRM data, forecasts, and reports accurately and consistently
  • Continuously building your product and market knowledge

Your Profile

  • Hunter mindset, high self-motivation, and a measurable drive for sales success
  • Experience in field sales, ideally in door-to-door sales or a comparable environment
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Structured, fast-paced, and disciplined approach to territory management
  • Experience with CRM systems and confident use of laptop and smartphone
  • Valid category B driving licence and high willingness to travel within the region
  • Languages: Czech and English
