The Role: Sales Manager
We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand the company's commercial footprint in Croatia. Working within a high-performing team, you will focus on identifying new business opportunities, leading complex sales cycles for high-value tech projects, and transforming client needs into innovative technological solutions.
This role combines strategic business development (hunting), consultative selling, and executive stakeholder management across large enterprise accounts and public/private framework agreements.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Expansion & Growth: Drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and executing strategic sales plans in the Croatian ICT market.
- Complex Sales Lifecycle: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation and opportunity qualification through high-quality proposal development to final negotiations and contract signing.
- Executive Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, trusted relationships with C-level executives (CIOs, IT Directors) and key procurement decision-makers.
- Consultative Selling: Understand clients' technological roadmaps to effectively pitch tailored solutions (Cloud, Security, Infrastructure, and Enterprise Software).
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with internal technical experts, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure proposals are competitive and aligned with client expectations.
- Commercial Modeling: Develop tailored commercial models for large-scale projects, including managed services, subscription models, and framework agreements.
Your Profile
- Education: University degree in ICT, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in B2B tech sales, account management, or business development within the IT or system integration sector.
- Industry Knowledge: Solid understanding of modern ICT concepts (Cloud, Cybersecurity, Networks, SaaS) and the ability to translate technical features into tangible business value.
- Tender & Procurement Knowledge: Experience dealing with complex commercial bidding, structured ICT tenders, or public/private procurement processes is highly valued.
- Skills: Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. High level of strategic thinking, autonomy, and accountability.
- Languages: Professional fluency in Croatian and an excellent command of the English language.
